Connect Claude to your business data through MCP
Connect Claude to Nexatron through MCP. Evaluate business questions against your sources, metric definitions, permissions, and reference reports.
Use Claude with your governed business data.
Connect Claude to your business through Nexatron
Bring supported business applications and databases into Nexatron, then use its MCP tools from Claude. Start with the sources and permissions your organization has approved.
1. Connect your sources
Salesforce, NetSuite and supported warehouses supply the data. Check the connector catalog for availability and scope.
2. Define the business meaning
Nexatron brings source context, metric definitions and configured access controls into the analytical workflow.
3. Ask through Claude
Claude calls the analytical tools exposed by the Nexatron MCP server. Available tools and data depend on workspace configuration.
Nexatron as an MCP server
Connect Claude to Nexatron to use the tools Nexatron exposes. Source credentials belong in the approved connection flow, never in a Claude prompt.
Nexatron as an MCP client
Supported external MCP services can be configured as sources. This does not automatically expose every upstream tool to Claude. Review the supported operations for each integration and permissions.

Illustrative workflow. Results depend on configured sources, definitions, and permissions.
Connect Claude to Nexatron through the Model Context Protocol to ask business questions using your configured data sources. Begin with three questions and an approved reference for each. A working connection is the starting point; the demonstration should show how the answers preserve your business definitions and access boundaries.
Three parts of the connection
Claude is the conversation interface. Nexatron exposes its supported analytical tools through MCP. Your configured warehouse or business application supplies the authorized data. Using Claude as a model inside an application is different from connecting a Claude conversation to Nexatron's tools.
Your Claude account, workspace policy, source permissions, and configured capabilities determine the available workflow. Confirm these prerequisites with the administrator before the session.
Connect using the documented hosted path
- Prepare accessUse your organization's approved Claude account and Nexatron workspace. Confirm the intended source is configured and that your identity may access the data. Workspace administrator approval may be required.
- Add the remote connectorIn Claude's connector settings, add the documented remote MCP server URL: https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp. Follow the sign-in and authorization flow using your own Nexatron identity. Check the current guides below because client interfaces and account capabilities can change.
- Confirm the analytical scopeVerify the expected tools are available. Begin with an approved read question and compare the answer with its reference. Do not paste source credentials into a conversation or an inquiry form.
- Resolve approval separatelyIf workspace approval is pending, ask the tenant administrator to review the request through the supported Nexatron administration flow. Repeatedly signing in cannot resolve missing authority.
Bring questions with a reference
- Salesforce pipelineShow open opportunity amount expected to close in our fiscal quarter by stage. Agree on stages, currency, observation date, and authorized population before comparing with a Salesforce report.
- NetSuite financeShow receivables by the finance-approved aging buckets at a named cutoff. Confirm remaining balance, credits, subsidiaries, and currency with the report owner.
- Warehouse metricsShow an approved metric by region for a defined period. Inspect the definition, source freshness, and role scope before interpreting the trend.
What a useful demonstration should prove
Compare the returned facts with the approved reference, then change one condition such as the period. Ask an ambiguous question and a restricted question. Inspect how the workflow explains missing meaning, insufficient data, or an access boundary.
A sample-data demonstration shows the workflow. For a pilot on your approved sources, agree on a question set, reference results, acceptance criteria, and the evidence needed for a rollout decision.
Keep analysis and actions separate
An analytical request does not authorize a business-system change. Ask your administrator which tools are available in the intended workspace and review state-changing capabilities separately, including their permissions, previews, confirmation, and recovery behavior.
When a source has no MCP server
Check Nexatron's current connector catalog first. A supported source may already have a suitable connection path. For an unlisted application, a custom adapter is a scoped evaluation of its official API, permissions, limits, and business task. A connector request is a candidate for review, not a promise of current support or a delivery date.
Need an application that is not listed?
Describe the business question and source application. We will assess the supported API, permissions, and integration effort. Candidate requests are not current capabilities or delivery commitments.
