  • What is total payroll cost by department last month?
  • How many new hires started each month this year?
  • Compare benefits enrollment rates across plans

How Nexatron connects to Rippling

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Rippling connection uses. Where Rippling supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Rippling data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Rippling connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Rippling MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Rippling MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Rippling data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Rippling to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Rippling to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Rippling questions.

Rippling connector FAQ

Can I ask Rippling questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Rippling permissions?
Yes. Where Rippling supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Rippling?
No. Asking a question never changes Rippling data.
What do I need to connect Rippling?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Rippling MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Rippling is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Rippling, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Rippling data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Rippling is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
