Notion MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Notion is a workspace tool that holds pages, wikis, databases, project trackers and documents for teams.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Notion AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from operations and project teams. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • Which pages were edited most in the last 30 days?
  • How many tasks in our project database are overdue?
  • Show tasks by status in our product roadmap.
  • Compare pages created per month this year.
  • List wiki pages not updated in 12 months.

How Nexatron connects to Notion

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Notion connection uses. Where Notion supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Notion data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Notion connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Notion MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Notion MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Notion data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Notion to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Notion to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Notion questions.

Yes. Where Notion supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.

An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.

Try Nexatron on your own Notion data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Notion is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
