How Nexatron connects to Dayforce

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Dayforce connection uses. Where Dayforce supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Dayforce data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Dayforce connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Dayforce MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Dayforce MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Dayforce data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Dayforce to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Dayforce to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Dayforce questions.

Dayforce connector FAQ

Can I ask Dayforce questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Dayforce permissions?
Yes. Where Dayforce supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Dayforce?
No. Asking a question never changes Dayforce data.
What do I need to connect Dayforce?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Dayforce MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Dayforce is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Dayforce, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Dayforce data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
