Box is a cloud content management platform where organizations store, share and govern documents, contracts and files with controlled access.
Try it on your own data in a pilot.
Box AI analytics: what you can ask
Typical questions from legal and business teams. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.
- Which contracts in the legal folder were updated in the last 30 days?
- Find the latest signed vendor agreement for our largest supplier
- List the 10 largest files across the finance folders
- Which folders haven't been accessed in over a year?
- How many files were uploaded to each department folder last month?
How Nexatron connects to Box
- Whose permissions
- Your administrator approves the access the Box connection uses. Where Box supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
- Read and write
- Questions are read-only: asking never changes Box data.
- Setup
- Our team sets up the Box connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.
Box MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Box MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Box data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.
Connect Box to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
- Connect Box to your Nexatron workspace.
- In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL
https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp. - Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Box questions.

- No. Asking a question never changes Box data.

Try Nexatron on your own Box data
A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
Box is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
