Klaviyo MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Klaviyo is an email and SMS marketing platform; it holds profiles, campaigns, flows, segments, send metrics and attributed revenue.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Klaviyo reporting questions you can ask

Typical questions from ecommerce marketing teams. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • Which email campaigns generated the most revenue last month?
  • Compare open and click rates for campaigns this quarter versus last.
  • How many new subscribers joined each week over the last 12 weeks?
  • Which flows have the highest conversion rate?
  • What is the unsubscribe rate by campaign over the last 60 days?
  • How large is each segment today versus 30 days ago?

How Nexatron connects to Klaviyo

Whose permissions
Each person connects their own Klaviyo account, so answers return only the records that person can already see in Klaviyo.
Read and write
Read-only. Nexatron reads Klaviyo data to answer questions and never writes to Klaviyo.
Setup
Sign-in happens on the vendor's own OAuth consent screen; Nexatron never sees a password. Steps: choose the source → check prerequisites → enter connection details → approve access → verify → ask. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Klaviyo MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Klaviyo MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Klaviyo data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Klaviyo to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Klaviyo to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Klaviyo questions.

Try Nexatron on your own Klaviyo data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
