Recurly MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Recurly is a subscription billing platform that holds plans, subscriptions, invoices, payments and dunning activity for recurring-revenue businesses.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Recurly AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from finance and RevOps. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • What was our monthly recurring revenue by plan over the last 12 months?
  • Which plans had the highest subscription churn last quarter?
  • Show failed payments this month by decline reason.
  • Compare new versus expired subscriptions by month this year.
  • List invoices that are more than 30 days past due.

How Nexatron connects to Recurly

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Recurly connection uses. Where Recurly supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Recurly data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Recurly connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Recurly MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Recurly MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Recurly data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Recurly to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Recurly to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Recurly questions.

Recurly connector FAQ

Can I ask Recurly questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Recurly permissions?
Yes. Where Recurly supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Recurly?
No. Asking a question never changes Recurly data.
What do I need to connect Recurly?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Recurly MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Recurly is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Recurly, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Recurly data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Recurly is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
