Lever MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

A recruiting and applicant tracking platform that holds job postings, candidate opportunities, pipeline stages, interviews and offers.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Lever AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from talent acquisition. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • What is the average time to hire by team over the last two quarters?
  • Which postings have the most active opportunities right now?
  • How many offers were accepted versus declined this year?
  • Break down hires by source for the last six months
  • Compare stage-to-stage conversion rates across teams

How Nexatron connects to Lever

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Lever connection uses. Where Lever supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Lever data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Lever connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Lever MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Lever MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Lever data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Lever to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Lever to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Lever questions.

Yes. Where Lever supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Lever?
No. Asking a question never changes Lever data.
What do I need to connect Lever?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.

Try Nexatron on your own Lever data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Lever is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
