Veeva Vault is a life sciences content and quality platform; it holds controlled documents, SOPs, trial records, quality events, training and approvals.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Veeva Vault AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from quality and regulatory teams. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • Which controlled documents are due for periodic review in the next 60 days?
  • How many quality events are open, by type and site?
  • Which SOPs are still in draft for more than 30 days?
  • Show training assignments overdue by department.
  • Compare quality events opened this quarter versus last quarter.
  • Which documents are awaiting approval, and with which approver?

How Nexatron connects to Veeva Vault

Whose permissions
Each person connects their own Veeva Vault account, so answers return only the records that person can already see in Veeva Vault.
Read and write
Read-only. Nexatron reads Veeva Vault data to answer questions and never writes to Veeva Vault.
Setup
Sign-in happens on the vendor's own OAuth consent screen; Nexatron never sees a password. Steps: choose the source → check prerequisites → enter connection details → approve access → verify → ask. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Veeva Vault MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Veeva Vault MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Veeva Vault data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Veeva Vault to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Veeva Vault to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Veeva Vault questions.
