Twilio MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Twilio is a communications platform that holds message, voice and verification usage records, delivery statuses and account billing data.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Twilio AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from engineering and communications ops. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • How many SMS messages did we send per day this month?
  • What is our message delivery failure rate by country?
  • Show voice call minutes by month this year.
  • Compare messaging spend across our subaccounts.
  • List the most common error codes in the past 7 days.

How Nexatron connects to Twilio

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Twilio connection uses. Where Twilio supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Twilio data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Twilio connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Twilio MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Twilio MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Twilio data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Twilio to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Twilio to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Twilio questions.

Twilio connector FAQ

Can I ask Twilio questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Twilio permissions?
Yes. Where Twilio supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Twilio?
No. Asking a question never changes Twilio data.
What do I need to connect Twilio?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Twilio MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Twilio is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Twilio, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Twilio data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Twilio is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
