Procurement, expenses and payments: spend questions with their source

Spend data is spread across procurement, expense, payables and payment systems, and each one counts money at a different moment: ordered, approved, invoiced, paid or settled.

Where a system's API has no per-person identity, as with SAP Ariba's reporting APIs, the connector will use a governed shared application: an administrator opts in with a reason, Nexatron's access rules narrow what each person can ask, and every answer says so.

Questions and answers

What is a governed shared application?
Some systems, such as SAP Ariba and many payment platforms, only issue API credentials to an application, never to a person. Nexatron will make that explicit: the administrator states why, the choice is audited, access rules apply per person, and each answer is labelled.
