  • Compare spend with preferred suppliers to total spend by month
  • List supplier contracts expiring in the next 90 days
  • How long do purchase orders take to be approved, by business unit?

How Nexatron connects to Ivalua

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Ivalua connection uses. Where Ivalua supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Ivalua data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Ivalua connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Ivalua MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Ivalua MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Ivalua data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Ivalua to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Ivalua to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Ivalua questions.
