Genesys Cloud MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Genesys Cloud is a contact centre platform that holds interactions, queues, agent activity, call recordings metadata and routing data.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Genesys Cloud AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from contact centre operations. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • What was average wait time by queue yesterday?
  • How many abandoned calls did we have per day last week?
  • Show service level by queue this month.
  • Compare average handle time across agent teams.
  • List queues currently missing their service level target.

How Nexatron connects to Genesys Cloud

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Genesys Cloud connection uses. Where Genesys Cloud supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Genesys Cloud data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Genesys Cloud connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Genesys Cloud MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Genesys Cloud MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Genesys Cloud data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Genesys Cloud to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Genesys Cloud to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Genesys Cloud questions.
