Highspot MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Highspot is a sales enablement platform that stores sales content, playbooks and training and tracks how reps and buyers use them.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Highspot AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from sales enablement. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • Which 10 content items were used most by reps last quarter?
  • What share of reps completed the new product training?
  • Compare content views this month with last month by team
  • List content that hasn't been viewed in the last 6 months
  • Which pitch decks were most often shared in won deals?

How Nexatron connects to Highspot

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Highspot connection uses. Where Highspot supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Highspot data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Highspot connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Highspot MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Highspot MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Highspot data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Highspot to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Highspot to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Highspot questions.

Highspot connector FAQ

Can I ask Highspot questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Highspot permissions?
Yes. Where Highspot supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Highspot?
No. Asking a question never changes Highspot data.
What do I need to connect Highspot?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Highspot MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Highspot is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Highspot, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Highspot data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Highspot is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
