Zoom MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Zoom is a video communications platform that holds meeting records, participants, durations, webinars, recordings and phone usage.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Zoom AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from IT and operations. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • How many meeting minutes did we use per month this year?
  • Which departments host the most meetings?
  • Show average meeting duration by week.
  • Compare webinar attendance across events this quarter.
  • List recordings consuming the most storage.

How Nexatron connects to Zoom

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Zoom connection uses. Where Zoom supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Zoom data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Zoom connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Zoom MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Zoom MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Zoom data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Zoom to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Zoom to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Zoom questions.

Yes. Where Zoom supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Zoom?
No. Asking a question never changes Zoom data.
What do I need to connect Zoom?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.

Try Nexatron on your own Zoom data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Zoom is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
