Webex MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Webex is Cisco's collaboration platform, holding meeting records, participants, messaging spaces, calling and device usage.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Webex AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from IT and operations. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • How many Webex meetings were held per week last quarter?
  • Which departments use meetings the most?
  • Show average meeting duration by month.
  • Compare calling minutes across locations.
  • List devices with no usage in 60 days.

How Nexatron connects to Webex

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Webex connection uses. Where Webex supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Webex data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Webex connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Webex MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Webex MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Webex data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Webex to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Webex to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Webex questions.

Webex connector FAQ

Can I ask Webex questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Webex permissions?
Yes. Where Webex supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Webex?
No. Asking a question never changes Webex data.
What do I need to connect Webex?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Webex MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Webex is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Webex, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Webex data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Webex is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
