Outlook MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Outlook is Microsoft's email and calendar service, holding messages, folders, meetings and attachments for a user's mailbox.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Outlook AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from executives and managers. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • Which emails from this week still need a reply?
  • How many emails did I receive per day last month?
  • Show my meeting hours per week this quarter.
  • Compare sent versus received email volume by month.
  • List unread flagged emails from the past 14 days.

How Nexatron connects to Outlook

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Outlook connection uses. Where Outlook supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Outlook data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Outlook connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Outlook MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Outlook MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Outlook data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Outlook to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Outlook to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Outlook questions.

Try Nexatron on your own Outlook data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Outlook is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
