Try it on your own data in a pilot.

  • How many work orders are open by trade?
  • Which providers have the lowest on-time completion rate?
  • List locations with the most repeat work orders
  • Show facility maintenance spend by month
  • What is the average time to check in, by provider?

How Nexatron connects to ServiceChannel

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the ServiceChannel connection uses. Where ServiceChannel supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes ServiceChannel data.
Setup
Our team sets up the ServiceChannel connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

ServiceChannel MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed ServiceChannel MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your ServiceChannel data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect ServiceChannel to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect ServiceChannel to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your ServiceChannel questions.

Try Nexatron on your own ServiceChannel data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
