Ivanti is an IT management software vendor whose products cover service management, endpoint and asset management and patching data.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Ivanti AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from IT operations. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • How many service desk tickets were opened per week last quarter?
  • Which device models have the most support tickets?
  • What percentage of endpoints are missing critical patches?
  • Compare average ticket resolution time by team.
  • List assets with warranties expiring in the next 60 days.

How Nexatron connects to Ivanti

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Ivanti connection uses. Where Ivanti supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Ivanti data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Ivanti connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Ivanti MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Ivanti MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Ivanti data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Ivanti to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Ivanti to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Ivanti questions.

An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.

Try Nexatron on your own Ivanti data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Ivanti is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
