Amplitude MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Amplitude is a product analytics platform; it holds user events, funnels, cohorts, retention and feature usage data from apps and websites.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Amplitude AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from product and growth teams. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • What is the week-over-week trend in active users for the past 12 weeks?
  • What is our signup-to-activation funnel conversion rate this month?
  • Which features had the most unique users last month?
  • How does 30-day retention compare for users who joined in March versus April?
  • Which platforms drive the most sessions, broken down by country?
  • Which events had the biggest drop in volume compared to last month?

How Nexatron connects to Amplitude

Whose permissions
Each person connects their own Amplitude account, so answers return only the records that person can already see in Amplitude.
Read and write
Read-only. Nexatron reads Amplitude data to answer questions and never writes to Amplitude.
Setup
Sign-in happens on the vendor's own OAuth consent screen; Nexatron never sees a password. Steps: choose the source → check prerequisites → enter connection details → approve access → verify → ask. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Amplitude MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Amplitude MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Amplitude data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Amplitude to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Amplitude to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Amplitude questions.

Try Nexatron on your own Amplitude data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
