How Nexatron connects to Icertis

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Icertis connection uses. Where Icertis supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Icertis data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Icertis connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Icertis MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Icertis MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Icertis data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Icertis to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Icertis to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Icertis questions.

Icertis connector FAQ

Can I ask Icertis questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Icertis permissions?
Yes. Where Icertis supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Icertis?
No. Asking a question never changes Icertis data.
What do I need to connect Icertis?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Icertis MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Icertis is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Icertis, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Icertis data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
