  • Show decline rates for card transactions by week
  • List the top 10 merchants by transaction volume
  • Compare account openings by branch this quarter
  • Which settlement batches are still pending?

How Nexatron connects to Fiserv

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Fiserv connection uses. Where Fiserv supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Fiserv data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Fiserv connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Fiserv MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Fiserv MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Fiserv data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Fiserv to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Fiserv to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Fiserv questions.

Fiserv connector FAQ

Can I ask Fiserv questions without writing queries?
Yes. Ask in Teams, Slack, the Nexatron web app, or an AI assistant connected through Nexatron's MCP server.
Does Nexatron respect Fiserv permissions?
Yes. Where Fiserv supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Fiserv?
No. Asking a question never changes Fiserv data.
What do I need to connect Fiserv?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.
Is there a Fiserv MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes: Nexatron's hosted MCP server, once Fiserv is connected to your workspace. It is Nexatron's server, not one published by Fiserv, and the assistant gets the same governed answer as the Nexatron app.

Try Nexatron on your own Fiserv data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
