DocuSign MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

DocuSign is an electronic signature and agreement platform; it holds envelopes, signers, signature status, templates and completion timestamps.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

DocuSign AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from legal, sales and operations. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • How many envelopes were sent and completed each week this month?
  • Which envelopes have been waiting on a signer for more than five days?
  • What is the average time to completion by template?
  • Which departments sent the most envelopes last quarter?
  • List envelopes declined or voided in the last 30 days.
  • Compare completed agreements this quarter versus last quarter.

How Nexatron connects to DocuSign

Whose permissions
Each person connects their own DocuSign account, so answers return only the records that person can already see in DocuSign.
Read and write
Read-only. Nexatron reads DocuSign data to answer questions and never writes to DocuSign.
Setup
Sign-in happens on the vendor's own OAuth consent screen; Nexatron never sees a password. Steps: choose the source → check prerequisites → enter connection details → approve access → verify → ask. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

DocuSign MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed DocuSign MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your DocuSign data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect DocuSign to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect DocuSign to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your DocuSign questions.

Try Nexatron on your own DocuSign data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
