Pipedrive MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers
Pipedrive is a sales CRM; it holds deals, pipelines, stages, persons, organizations, activities and sales rep performance data.
Try it on your own data in a pilot.
Pipedrive dashboard questions you can ask

- What is the open deal value by pipeline stage?
- Which deals have had no activity in the last 14 days?
- Compare won deals this month with last month, by owner.
- How many deals were created each week over the last quarter?
- What is the average days-to-close for won deals by pipeline?
- List the top 10 organizations by total won deal value.
How Nexatron connects to Pipedrive
- Whose permissions
- Each person can connect their own Pipedrive account, so answers return only the records that person can already see in Pipedrive. An administrator can instead use one shared connection for the workspace.
- Read and write
- Read-only. Nexatron reads Pipedrive data to answer questions and never writes to Pipedrive.
- Setup
- Sign-in happens on the vendor's own OAuth consent screen; Nexatron never sees a password. Steps: choose the source → check prerequisites → enter connection details → approve access → verify → ask. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.
Pipedrive MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Pipedrive MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Pipedrive data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.
Connect Pipedrive to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
- Connect Pipedrive to your Nexatron workspace.
- In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL
https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp. - Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Pipedrive questions.
