Intercom MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers
Intercom is a customer messaging and support platform; it holds conversations, contacts, companies, teammates, response times and help center articles.
Try it on your own data in a pilot.

- Show conversation volume by channel compared to last month.
- Which help center articles were viewed most in the last 30 days?
- Which companies opened the most conversations this quarter?
How Nexatron connects to Intercom
- Whose permissions
- Each person connects their own Intercom account, so answers return only the records that person can already see in Intercom.
- Read and write
- Read-only. Nexatron reads Intercom data to answer questions and never writes to Intercom.
- Setup
- Sign-in happens on the vendor's own OAuth consent screen; Nexatron never sees a password. Steps: choose the source → check prerequisites → enter connection details → approve access → verify → ask. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.
Intercom MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Intercom MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Intercom data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.
Connect Intercom to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
- Connect Intercom to your Nexatron workspace.
- In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL
https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp. - Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Intercom questions.

Try Nexatron on your own Intercom data
A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
Intercom is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
