  • Which communities had the most posts last month?
  • How many employees posted or reacted per week this quarter?
  • Show top posts by engagement this year.
  • Compare community growth by quarter.
  • List communities with no activity in 90 days.

How Nexatron connects to Viva Engage

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Viva Engage connection uses. Where Viva Engage supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Viva Engage data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Viva Engage connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Viva Engage MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Viva Engage MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Viva Engage data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Viva Engage to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Viva Engage to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Viva Engage questions.

Try Nexatron on your own Viva Engage data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.
