Google Meet MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Google Meet is Google's video conferencing service, holding meeting records, participants, durations and usage logs.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Google Meet AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from IT and operations. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • How many meetings were held per week this quarter?
  • Which departments spend the most hours in meetings?
  • Show average meeting length by month.
  • Compare participant counts for our largest meetings.
  • List users who organized the most meetings last month.

How Nexatron connects to Google Meet

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Google Meet connection uses. Where Google Meet supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Google Meet data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Google Meet connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Google Meet MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Google Meet MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Google Meet data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Google Meet to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Google Meet to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Google Meet questions.

Google Meet connector FAQ

Can I ask Google Meet questions without writing queries?

Does Nexatron respect Google Meet permissions?
Yes. Where Google Meet supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.
Can Nexatron change data in Google Meet?
No. Asking a question never changes Google Meet data.
What do I need to connect Google Meet?
An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.

Try Nexatron on your own Google Meet data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Google Meet is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
