Outreach MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Outreach is a sales engagement platform that manages email sequences, calls and tasks for sales reps and stores their prospect activity and outcomes.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Outreach AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from sales and SDR teams. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • What was the email reply rate for each sequence last month?
  • Which 10 sequences booked the most meetings this quarter?
  • Compare emails sent per rep this month with last month
  • List sequences with open rates below 20% over the last 30 days
  • How many meetings were booked per week this quarter?

How Nexatron connects to Outreach

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Outreach connection uses. Where Outreach supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Outreach data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Outreach connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Outreach MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Outreach MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Outreach data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Outreach to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Outreach to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Outreach questions.

Yes. Where Outreach supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.

Try Nexatron on your own Outreach data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Outreach is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
