Guru MCP server: ask questions, get governed answers

Guru is a knowledge management tool that holds verified knowledge cards, collections and usage data for teams.

Try it on your own data in a pilot.

Guru AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from support and enablement. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • Which cards were viewed most in the last 30 days?
  • How many cards are past their verification date?
  • Show card creation by collection this quarter.
  • Compare search terms that returned no results by month.
  • List cards that have never been viewed.

How Nexatron connects to Guru

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Guru connection uses. Where Guru supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Guru data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Guru connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Guru MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Guru MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Guru data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Guru to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Guru to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Guru questions.

Yes. Where Guru supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access.

An administrator who can approve the connection. Our team sets it up with them during the pilot.

Try Nexatron on your own Guru data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Guru is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
