Greenhouse AI analytics: what you can ask

Typical questions from talent acquisition. Each answer shows the definition, source and query behind it.

  • What is the average time to hire by department this year?
  • Which open jobs have the most candidates stuck in the same stage over 14 days?
  • How many offers were extended versus accepted each quarter?
  • Break down applications by source for the last 90 days
  • Compare pipeline conversion rates by stage across departments

How Nexatron connects to Greenhouse

Whose permissions
Your administrator approves the access the Greenhouse connection uses. Where Greenhouse supports per-user sign-in, answers run under each person's own access, and Nexatron roles decide who in your company can ask.
Read and write
Questions are read-only: asking never changes Greenhouse data.
Setup
Our team sets up the Greenhouse connection with your administrator during the pilot. No data migration and no pipeline to build: data is queried where it lives.

Greenhouse MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Nexatron's hosted MCP server is a governed Greenhouse MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot ask questions of your Greenhouse data through it. Each person signs in as themselves, so the assistant sees only what they may see.

Connect Greenhouse to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Connect Greenhouse to your Nexatron workspace.
  2. In Claude, add Nexatron from Claude's connector directory. In ChatGPT or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector with the server URL https://api.nexatron.io/api/v1/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your own Nexatron identity (OAuth 2.1), then ask your Greenhouse questions.

Try Nexatron on your own Greenhouse data

A pilot starts with three questions your team already asks and the report you trust for each, so you can check the answers yourself.

Greenhouse is a trademark of its owner. Nexatron is not affiliated with or endorsed by it; the name and mark identify the system Nexatron connects to.
