Request a tailored demo

A Salesforce analytics evaluation should preserve the report's population, stage rules, period, currency, and user visibility. Use Nexatron's Salesforce connection with an approved reference, and include Claude through MCP when that is the intended conversation interface.

Start with the report you already trust

Bring the owner of your existing Salesforce report and identify its filters. A pipeline snapshot, a forecast, and a historical movement report answer different questions. Today's records filtered to an old period do not necessarily reconstruct a past snapshot.

Confirm the source authorization and the intended user's visible records and fields. A demonstration under an administrator's account does not establish the experience of an ordinary sales manager.

Three useful evaluation questions

  • Pipeline at a checkpointWhich open opportunities are expected to close this fiscal quarter, by stage? Define open stages, currency, and the observation date.
  • Win rate with a denominatorWhat share of closed opportunities were won during the agreed period? Show won and lost counts beside the percentage, and distinguish count from amount.
  • Accounts that need reviewWhich opportunities meet our defined stale-record signals? Treat the result as a review queue, not proof that a seller or customer has failed.

Check the difficult cases

Include a moved close date, a reopened opportunity, and an account hierarchy exception. Reconcile discrepancies by population and definition before changing the prompt. Request a restricted region through a lower-privilege role and inspect the entire response for appropriate handling.

Source edition, configured objects, permissions, history availability, and API limits can affect the supported question. Confirm the exact setup during technical evaluation rather than assuming every Salesforce operation is covered.

A concrete next step

Bring three business questions, their report owners, and the intended user roles. We can scope a tailored demonstration and identify whether a limited pilot is appropriate. Use the inquiry to describe the need; share credentials or sensitive records only through a separately approved setup process.
