Databricks + Nexatron

Evaluate Databricks answers under real policies

Test Nexatron with Databricks using approved SQL access, explicit execution identities and two differently authorized business roles.

A question becomes a decision

Does a restricted user see only their approved region?

Illustrative workflow. Results depend on configured sources, definitions, and permissions.

Does the same regional metric return the approved population for a restricted user and a broader user? Begin with the approved source reference and intended user permissions. Confirm that the configured connection exposes the required objects before evaluating the answer.

A business question worth testing

Does the same regional metric return the approved population for a restricted user and a broader user?

Bring the person who owns the decision and the person who owns the source. Agree on a known answer, a meaningful exception and a restricted request. A sample-data walkthrough illustrates the method; it is not evidence of a customer's results.

Prepare the source and reference

Have the platform owner identify the SQL endpoint, catalog objects, execution principal and applicable Unity Catalog policies. Prepare artificial East and West region records and the expected results for two personas. Confirm the configured authentication and application restrictions.

Check the boundaries

A service principal is not automatically the person asking the question. Source masking and row policies must be tested against the actual execution context, including cached or saved answers. A privileged connectivity check is not a lower-privilege acceptance test.

What Nexatron adds to the evaluation

The walkthrough puts a conversational question beside its business definition, configured source access and result evidence. Test whether the supported workflow gives the intended user a useful answer and explains missing context. Review metric ownership and any proposed cross-source mapping with the relevant teams.

Request a tailored demonstration using the button on this page. Describe the source, the decision and the questions in the inquiry; do not include credentials or sensitive records. Connection setup and any access to customer data require a separately approved process.

Need an application that is not listed?

Describe the business question and source application. We will assess the supported API, permissions, and integration effort. Candidate requests are not current capabilities or delivery commitments.
